Services and proposals
A project scope, price, timeline, intellectual-property position, support level, and payment terms become binding only in a signed proposal or agreement. VAT and commercial terms are stated before a purchase or engagement.
Intellectual property
2Run and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, code, copy, and media unless a written agreement says otherwise. Project names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Liability
The website is provided for general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited under Belgian law.
