What we process
We may process contact details and the message you submit, account and authentication data for the admin area, technical security logs, and consent preferences. We do not use this website to collect special-category data.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact requests are handled to respond to your request and take steps before a contract. Security logs are handled for legitimate interests in protecting the service. Analytics and non-essential tracking are used only after explicit consent.
Analytics and IP addresses
Audience measurement is disabled until you opt in. 2Run uses an EU-hosted, privacy-oriented analytics endpoint where possible. We do not intentionally store raw visitor IP addresses in the application database. Country or broad region may be used in aggregated reports; it is not used to identify individuals. Ask us for the current provider and retention configuration.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, email, storage, analytics, payment, and infrastructure providers acting under contract. We review their data-processing terms and safeguards for transfers outside the EEA.
Retention
Contact records are kept only as long as needed for the request and related legal or dispute needs. Security records are retained for a limited period. Consent records are kept to demonstrate the choice and manage withdrawal. Exact retention can be requested from us.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable. Email halil@2run.be. We may verify identity before responding. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD).
